Before any boarding stay, we schedule a meet and greet for new guests to ensure a great fit for everyone.
This visit gives your dog a chance to meet us, explore the exciting surroundings and start to feel comfortable. We do a temperature test. A short, supervised intro with one dog at a time to observe their comfort level and behavior in a calm, controlled setting.
This is also a great time to go over personal routines, special needs, and answer any questions you may have, Its all about making you and your fur baby feel safe, happy and at home.
To make an appointment, all dogs must have current boarding shots including rabies, distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella, ( please get the shot method ). For safety, we must be sticklers with shots and waiting periods, so all pets must be vaccinated.
The owner must show up in-person for the meet and greet. Please call me before you take your pets in for your shots so I can explain our preferred vaccines and methods.
